POS integration - Winston POS

To set up the integration with Winston POS, Mr. Einstein needs an API Key from your Winston POS environment. You generate this yourself in Winston POS.

Step 1: Generate the API Key in Winston POS

1. Log in to your Winston POS environment
2. Go to Menu > Integrations > Backoffice
3. Navigate to Integrations > Overview

4. Scroll down and find Mr. Einstein. Click Purchase.
5. The integration will appear at the top of the page under active integrations.

6. Click the Settings button within the Mr. Einstein card and click Save. The API Key will be generated.
7. Click the Settings button again and copy the API Key.

Step 2: Enter the details in Mr. Einstein

1. Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl
2. Click on Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management Rapportage (Management Report)
3. Click on Instellingen (Settings) in the top right
4. Click on Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration)
5. Select Winston POS from the dropdown menu
6. Paste the API Key in the designated field
7. Click Koppelen (Connect)

The data will now be retrieved from Winston POS. Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
