POS integration - TEBI

To set up the integration with TEBI, Mr. Einstein needs an API token from your TEBI environment. You create this yourself in TEBI. This article explains, as an employer or administrator, how to set up the cash register integration (kassakoppeling) with TEBI. Are you setting up the integration for the first time? Then contact Mr. Einstein first (see step 1).

Step 1: Contact Mr. Einstein first

Are you setting up the cash register integration for the first time? Then contact Mr. Einstein first at [e-mail]. We switch on the integration for your location in the background. Until we have done this, you will not yet see the tab to set up the integration in the portal.

Step 2: Generate the API token in TEBI

1. Log in to your TEBI environment.
2. Go to Settings > Integrations.
3. Find the Einstein heading and click Enable Einstein integration.
4. An API token is generated automatically.
5. Copy the API token.

Step 3: Enter the details in Mr. Einstein

Have you copied the API token? Then enter it and save the integration.

1. Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl.
2. Click Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management rapportages (Management reports).
3. Click Instellingen (Settings) at the top right.
4. Click Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration).
5. Select TEBI from the dropdown menu.
6. Paste the API token into the designated field.
7. Click Koppelen (Connect) to save the integration.

The details are now retrieved from TEBI. Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
