To set up the integration with Bork, a Bork employee needs two keys that are generated by Mr. Einstein:
- Client ID: works like a username (sent as Client-Id)
- API Key: works like a password (sent as Api-Key)
Step 1: Send the keys to Bork
The portal automatically generates an email that you can copy and send to support@bork.nl. Make sure to add your business and contact details before sending. Bork will then set up the integration for you.

Dear Bork team,
On behalf of [name of your business] I would like to share the necessary details to connect our Mr. Einstein environment with your system:
- API Key (Header: Api-Key):
- Client ID (Header: Client-Id):

Step 2: Enter the details in Mr. Einstein
- Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl
- Click on Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management Rapportage (Management Report)
- Click on Instellingen (Settings) in the top right
- Click on Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration)
- Select Bork from the dropdown menu
- Optional: have you not yet sent the email via step 1? Click Email tekst genereren (Generate email text), copy the email, add your business and contact details and send it to support@bork.nl. Once Bork has set up the integration, return to the portal.
- Enter the Client ID
- Enter the API Key and click Koppelen (Connect)
The data will now be retrieved from Bork. Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
