POS integration - Lightspeed (K-series)

You set up the integration with Lightspeed directly from Mr. Einstein. You do not need any separate details. This article explains, as an employer or administrator, how to set up the cash register integration (kassakoppeling) with Lightspeed (K-series). Are you setting up the integration for the first time? Then contact Mr. Einstein first (see step 1).

Step 1: Contact Mr. Einstein first

Are you setting up the cash register integration for the first time? Then contact Mr. Einstein first at [e-mail]. We switch on the integration for your location in the background. Until we have done this, you will not yet see the tab to set up the integration in the portal.

Step 2: Set up the integration in Mr. Einstein

1. Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl.
2. Click Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management rapportages (Management reports).
3. Click Instellingen (Settings) at the top right.
4. Click Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration).
5. Select Lightspeed (K-series) from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Koppelen (Connect). You are redirected to the Lightspeed website.
7. Follow the steps there. The connection is established automatically.

The details are now retrieved from Lightspeed. Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
