To set up the integration with UnTill, Mr. Einstein needs a number of technical details from your UnTill environment. You can request these from your POS supplier, the company from which you purchased your POS system.
Step 1: Request the details from your POS supplier
The portal automatically generates an email that you can copy and send to your POS supplier. Make sure to add your business and contact details before sending. Without these details the integration cannot be set up.

Dear [POS supplier],
On behalf of [name of your location] I would like to request the necessary details to connect our Mr. Einstein environment with my UnTill POS system. Could you please provide us with the following information?
Connection details:
- IP Address:
- Database name:
Account details:
- Username:
- Password:
Port forwarding
The POS system must be accessible to Mr. Einstein via the API. For this, port 3064 needs to be opened.
Whitelisting
Do you use IP Whitelisting? Then please add the following Mr. Einstein IP addresses to the whitelist:
- IPv4: 141.138.169.246
- IPv6: 2a03:3c00:a002:242::110f

Step 2: Enter the details in Mr. Einstein
- Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl
- Click on Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management Rapportage (Management Report)
- Click on Instellingen (Settings) in the top right
- Click on Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration)
- Select UnTill from the dropdown menu
- Optional: have you not yet sent the email via step 1? The portal will show a template email. Copy it, add your business and contact details and send it to your POS supplier. Then click Gegevens invullen (Enter details).
- Enter the IP Address
- Enter the Database name
- Enter the Username
- Enter the Password
- Click Koppelen (Connect)
The data will now be retrieved from UnTill. Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
