POS integration - Unitouch

To set up the integration with Unitouch, Mr. Einstein needs a domain, company id, username and password from your Unitouch environment. You request these details from Unitouch. This article explains, as an employer or administrator, how to set up the cash register integration (kassakoppeling) with Unitouch.

Step 1: Request the details from Unitouch

To set up the integration you need a domain, company id, username and password from your Unitouch environment. You request these from Unitouch. In the connection screen (Koppelingen) of Mr. Einstein a ready-made email is available that you can copy and send. This email is in Dutch. Add your own company and contact details. Without these details the integration cannot be set up and the systems cannot communicate with each other.

Beste Unitouch,

Namens [naam van je zaak] wil ik graag de koppelgegevens opvragen om onze Mr. Einstein-omgeving te koppelen met jullie kassasysteem. Hiervoor heb ik het domein, de company id, de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord nodig van mijn Unitouch Back Office omgeving.

We ontvangen de gegevens graag op de volgende manier:

• Domein: b12825 (voorbeeld: een letter b, c, d, e of f gevolgd door cijfers)
• CompanyId: 1 (te verkrijgen via endpoint BackOffice/web/company)
• Gebruikersnaam
• Wachtwoord

Ik hoor graag van jullie zodra deze gegevens beschikbaar zijn. Mocht er aanvullende informatie nodig zijn, laat het me gerust weten. Alvast bedankt voor jullie medewerking!

Step 2: Enter the details in Mr. Einstein

Have you received the details from Unitouch? Then enter them and save the integration.

1. Go to www.mreinsteinportaal.nl.
2. Click Statistieken (Statistics) in the black menu bar and choose Management Rapportage (Management Report).
3. Click Instellingen (Settings) at the top right.
4. Click Koppeling Instellen (Set up integration).
5. Select Unitouch as your cash register system.
6. Have you not requested the details from Unitouch yet? First use the example email from step 1.
7. Click Gegevens invullen (Fill in details).
8. Enter the domain (domein), company id, username (gebruikersnaam) and password (wachtwoord).
9. Click Koppelen (Connect) to save the integration.

Allow 1 to 2 hours for everything to load correctly.
